Are you a regular user of KTM Komuter? Then, we share something in common. The endless frustration over its poor reliability and quality of services. Arriving on time is more an exception than something that you would expect. Sometimes I feel like ditching it. But, from where I live that's the only public transport mode available. No wonder people shun public transport.
